Terms of Service

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, files, information, usernames, images, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, applications, links, and other content or materials (collectively, "Content") that you submit, post, or display on or via the Platform.

• You must not post violent, nude, partially nude, discriminatory, unlawful, infringing, hateful, pornographic, or sexually suggestive Content via the Platform.
• You agree that you will not solicit, collect or use the login credentials of other Platform users.
• You must not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in your Content. By posting Content to the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute your Content in any and all media or distribution methods.

The Platform and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Cenbli and its licensors.

Certain features of the Platform may be available only through the purchase of a subscription ("Cenbli+") or digital products like "Gems". All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment processor's terms of service.

• Gems: Purchases of Gems are final and generally non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your right to cancel the purchase and receive a refund is waived once the gems have been delivered or consumed. We may, at our sole discretion, grant refunds on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances or if required by applicable law.
• Subscriptions: You may cancel your Cenbli+ subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to premium features until that time. In accordance with EU law, you are entitled to a full refund for a subscription if you cancel within 14 days of the initial purchase.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so through the account settings on your profile page.

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Your use of the service is at your sole risk. We provide no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

In no event shall Cenbli, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our parent company is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
